    • Specific changes or cancellation reason

3. Conditions for Cancellation and Modification

  • Cancellation:

    • If the request is made within the 6-hour window, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
    • If the cancellation request is made after 6 hours, we cannot guarantee that the order will be canceled, as it may already be in the processing or shipping stage.
  • Modification:

    • If the request is made within the 6-hour window, we will do our best to update your order details (e.g., shipping address, product size, or color).
    • After 6 hours, modifications may not be possible if the order has already entered processing or shipping.

4. Refund Process for Cancellations

  • For successfully canceled orders, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after confirmation.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Orders Already Shipped

  • Once your order has been shipped, cancellations and modifications are no longer possible.
  • In such cases, you may refer to our Return and Refund Policy for guidance on returning the product after delivery.

  • Timely communication is crucial to ensure we can accommodate your request within the 6-hour window.
  • Orders placed during weekends or holidays will follow the same 6-hour policy, but processing may begin on the next business day.
