  2. Include the following information in your email:
    • Your full name and phone number.
    • Order number and the product(s) you wish to return.
    • Reason for the return (e.g., defective product, incorrect item received, not as described, etc.).
    • Photos of the product (including the item, packaging, and any defects if applicable).
  3. Wait for a response from our customer service team within 2 business days.

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund as follows:

  • 100% refund of the product value if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
  • Refund excluding shipping fees for returns due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size, change of mind, etc.).

Refund timelines:

  • If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to the original payment method.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will cover all return shipping costs.
  • For returns due to personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

5. Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping. Please use a trackable shipping service and ensure proper packaging.
  • If a return request is not submitted within the specified timeframe or if the product does not meet the return conditions, we reserve the right to decline the request.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products on sale with a discount of 50% or more.
  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Small accessories or personal hygiene products.
