We offer Express Shipping with a flat fee of $6.49 USD.

3. Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request to cancel or modify your order within 6 hours of purchase.
To do so, please contact us immediately via email with your order details. After 6 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification, as your order may have already been processed or shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with tracking information via email. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment in real-time.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Vietnam and the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping destinations in the future.

If your payment is declined, please check with PayPal or your bank for the reason. Common issues include insufficient funds, incorrect details, or restrictions. Once resolved, you can attempt the payment again or contact us for assistance.
7. How do I return a product?

9. Are there any additional fees for shipping?
No, we charge a flat shipping fee of $6.49 USD. There are no hidden fees or additional charges for shipping.
10. Can I modify my shipping address after placing an order?
You can request to change the shipping address within the first 6 hours of placing your order. After this time, we may not be able to modify the shipping address if the order has already been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
11. What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with your order details and tracking number. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order or a refund.
12. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued for canceled orders within 6 hours, and for returns within 10 days as per our Return and Refund Policy. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
